Palliative Care Assistant

£10.25p/h weekdays £12.25p/h weekends + Block Pay (Paid for every hour on shift) + Double up

Bristol (Commutable from: Filton, Emerson's Green Long Ashton, Weston Super Mare, Clevedon, Worle, Locking, Banwell, sandford, Windscome, Bleadon, Hutton, Congresbury, Pill, Portishead, Weston Super Mare)

Are you looking to start or develop a career in care and looking for industry leading training as well the opportunity to progress into senior and team leader positions?

This is an opportunity for someone with no care industry experience to begin working towards their level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care in order provide crucial domiciliary care to some of the most vulnerable people in the community.

THE ROLE:

* Various palliative (End of Life) rounds available in the North Somerset area Mornings 7am – 2pm, Evenings 4pm – 10pm
* Driving is essential
* Pair with another carer on all end of life shifts
* Provide full range of personal care, support with food and fluid, light domestic duties, community visits and building and maintenance of meaningful relationships.

THE PERSON:

* Looking for Industry leading training
* Experience not essential
* Looking for full time or part time Hours
* Driving Licence Essential
