The Business Administrator apprenticeship Level 3 provides a highly transferable set of knowledge, skills and behaviours, which can be gained working across an organisation and its processes. The apprenticeship is a firm grounding in organisational operations and functional processes, as well as the wider working environment.
The Administrator’s primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth running of the office, including the post, emails, staff whereabouts, the office environment, staff holidays and sickness records. Also required will be candidate compliancy checks, interviewing, organising training for candidates, building relationships with clients and candidates and providing holiday cover for other members of staff.
