One benefit is the Refer a Friend Scheme which rewards you every time you recommend a friend to us.
Simply refer your friend by emailing their cv and contact details to your local branch, alternatively, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please remember to identify yourself for receipt of your 'Thank You' reward. Please make sure that your friend is aware that you are passing their details to us.
If your friend is subsequently placed into a role through Network Healthcare, permanent contract or temporary, you will receive up to £200 for qualified staff and £30 for unqualified staff.
Terms and Conditions
The value of the 'Thank You' reward will not exceed £200, claim for the reward must be submitted when the referral is made - retrospective claims will be refused. The reward payment will be made when the referred friend has started a role through Network Healthcare. The scheme is open to all Qualified Social Workers and Qualified Nurses registered with Network Healthcare.
If the referred friend is already on our database, and has been contacted within the last six months, the referral will not qualify for a 'Thank You' reward. For temporary placements to be categorised as eligible, the individual must be placed for a minimum period of three months. If you are working through Network Healthcare on a PAYE basis, the receipt of any 'Thank You' reward will be subject to income tax.
