Optical Administrator, Monday to Friday - Greater Manchester
Optical Administrator required for an independent Optical Domiciliary Opticians, the role is Monday to Friday and you will be based at their offices within the Manchester area.
The role would suit an experienced optical receptionist or an optical assistant who would prefer to work in more of an administrative role, but will also consider candidates outside of optics who have worked in a similar role;
Answering the phone and dealing with all incoming calls
Booking home visits for the optometrists' and dispensers'
Inputting data on the computer including details of patients' optical prescriptions
Liaising with the Nursing and Care Homes and sorting out any issues
Working hours; Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
You will be IT proficient
Excellent customer service skills over the phone
Good organisational skills
