We are looking for dedicated, honest and responsible people who will enjoy working as part of our team and are keen to learn and develop their skills within the caring field. We our recruiting a team of bank Home Care Assistants to cover shifts in various care homes throughout Harrow, Stanmore, Pinner & the Hillingdon area.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
" Attending to the individual needs of the Service Users which would be in accordance with their personal Care Plan.

" To work with various health services.

" This would include such duties as assisting with bathing/showering, un/dressing, toileting, medication prompts, assistance with meal preparation, household duties.

" To encourage and promote independence with vulnerable Service Users in order help them to maximise their potential to rehabilitate or maintain life skills and enjoy a quality of life in the community.

REQUIREMENTS:

" An enhanced DBS
" 2 References
" Training (Free )

***Although preferred, previous experience in the Care Industry is NOT required to apply for this vacancy, as we will provide full training.***
