This is a rare opportunity to
step into a leadership role where you’ll develop and grow a complex behaviours service — with a

You’ll have the autonomy to implement your own ideas and grow your own team, backed by
supportive senior management, while gaining the experience and guidance needed to progress.

- Ensure quality, compliance and person-centred care delivery
- Work closely with families, local authorities and professionals
- Organise and develop support plans for 1-1 and 2-1 support.
- Contribute to service development and growth plans
What we’re looking for:
- Background in managing learning disability, autism or complex/challenging behaviour services
- Previous experience in a management role
- Desire to progress as a Registered Manager
- Knowledge of CQC requirements and safeguarding practices
- Willingness to work towards NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care / Leadership & Management
