Care Assistant needed in Oldham
About Us
We need Care Assistants throughout South Manchester e.g. Huddersfield, Stretford, longsight, Old Trafford and Rochdale.
We pride ourselves on building and maintaining effective relationships with workers and will respond quickly to resolve any problems that you encounter whilst working for us. Also, we will endeavour to support you with any professional issues.
About the role

As a Health Care Assistant you'll be responsible for caring for people with a wide range of needs as well as dispensing medication in their own homes. This role will require you to use your management skills to ensure a high level care is being delivered. We are looking for someone who is committed to delivering exceptional, high quality care and has a strong attention to detail.
- You will be talking to the patients and making them comfortable
- Toileting
- Serving meals and feed the patient
- Making beds
- Washing them, and changing their clothes

Requirements
- Some experience in long term care, assisted living or home car
- Dedicated with a passion for helping others
- A warm, friendly and compassionate person who's as committed as we are
- Excellent communication skills and a great team player
- The ability to make responsible decisions that are always in the resident's interest
- Had both COVID-19 Vaccinations
