- Actively making contact to Residential Homes, Nursing Homes, Supported Living Services & Day Centres across the West Midlands & other parts of the UK.
- Promoting our services and rates to generate new permanent business for the branch.
- Maintaining our current business relationships.
- Physical visits to services in need of recruitment help.
- Compliance of pending staff, which will be shared with the team within branch.
