Job Description

Network Healthcare Complex Care Team is currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join the team as a Clinical Lead. The role of the RN Clinical Lead is to provide clinical advice and support across a number of care packages with clients who suffer from complex care needs, such as.

Spinal Cord Injury
Motor Neurone Disease
Ventilated Clients
Parkinson's
ABI/TBI
Huntington's
Cerebral Palsy

The Clinical Lead will be clinically responsible for ensuring the smooth and safe running of their allocated packages of care. The ideal candidate will have experience working within the community independently with strong organisational skills. You will be a natural leader who thrives on a challenge where no two days are ever the same, utilising your skills to deliver and train best practices to the wider care team whilst ensuring safe clinical practice is adhered to at all times.

Essential criteria:

- Current NMC Registration
- At least 2 years post qualification experience in a relevant setting
- Proven clinical competence
- Proven Teaching and Mentorship experience
- IT Literacy
