Network Healthcare Complex Care Team deliver specialist community care to adults & children with complex long-term conditions.

Our aim is to enable each service user to live as independently as possible, reaching their maximum potential and to enjoy real quality of like with family, friends and loved ones.

We are looking to hear from candidates who would be looking to join our teams in the Gloucester area.

As a part of the complex care team, you will be delivering specialist care to service users with complex long-term conditions such as

Spinal Cord Injury
Motor Neurone Disease
Ventilated Clients
Parkinson's
ABI/TBI
Huntington's
Cerebral Palsy
Transitional Care

Network Healthcare Complex Care Team will provide you with specialist nurse led training to develop a new skillset and the platform to deliver the highest standards of individualised person-centred care.

Requirements

NVQ level 2 in Health & Social Care with the desire to work towards NVQ 3 and beyond
Commitment to delivering high-quality person-centred care
Dependable, punctual & Reliable
Previous experience or training around, pegs, tracheostomies, ventilators desirable however not essential.
Competent & comfortable working autonomously or as part of a team.
Full UK driving license desirable

Salary: Starting from £14.00 inclusive of holiday pay
